Olokoro Clan leadership rehabilitates overhead light, set to do others for the clan

 Saturday 22nd May, OCDU Executives had a meeting which lasted for 6 hours at the Ahiukwu hall. Matters affecting security, electricity, recently concluded enumeration exercise, Udo obodo women wing, committees were extensively deliberated.


 Highlights were the approval of formation of Standing and Adhoc committees in keeping with the clan bye law, to assist the Excos in performing its functions. Security, Education, Health & Environment, Entertainment, Finance, Recovery of Properties,Ahiukwu market etc. 

The PG Mr DEA Nzenwa was applauded for guiding the Executives in initiating restoration of light to the Ahiukwu market and adjoining busy strips of road. The joy that radiated from the masses at the experience of brightness at the night time is a testament that the leadership of OCDU understands the heart beat of ndi ofe nke anyi.

 The PG decried the selfish attitude of some Olokoro indigenes when it comes to communal issues and called for a turn around. To God be the glory.
